Whipped Cream fix – Strawberry

Easy and quick-to-use whipped Cream fix for making cakes and pastries.

Flavor: Strawberry.
Plastic container.
Store in a dry and light-protected place.
With ready-made gelling powder, you can prepare a tasty filling for cakes and pastries. You can also use it for piping decorations such as roses with the gelling cream.

Instructions for use: Whip 5 dl of cream until stiff peaks form. Mix 150 g of gelling powder with 1 dl of cold water and pour it into the whipped cream. Use immediately.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, gelatin (beef), strawberry juice granules (equivalent to 26.5% strawberry juice), acidity regulator (E330), strawberry pieces (equivalent to 10% fruit), coloring fruit and vegetable extract, natural flavors, salt. May contain traces of gluten-containing cereals, eggs, soy, and milk/milk products (lactose).
