With ready-made gelling powder, you can prepare a tasty filling for cakes and pastries. You can also use it for piping decorations such as roses with the gelling cream.

Instructions for use: Whip 5 dl of cream until stiff peaks form. Mix 125 g of gelling powder with 1 dl of cold water and pour it into the whipped cream. Use immediately.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, orange-passion fruit powder (equivalent to 42.13% orange-passion fruit), gelatin (beef), peach pieces (equivalent to 16.24% fruit), natural flavors, acidity regulator: E330, salt. May contain traces of gluten-containing cereals, eggs, soy, and milk/milk products (lactose) and nuts.
