Hi-Float forms an impermeable film on the inside surface of the balloon, allowing helium to stay inside and extending the balloon’s flight time by up to 25 times. Balloons treated with Hi-Float fly for about 1-2 weeks.
The substance is water-soluble, non-toxic, and biodegradable.

Instructions for use: Place the balloon completely onto the pump’s stem and press a pea-sized amount of Hi-Float into the balloon.
Remove the balloon from the pump’s stem and rub the substance evenly around the balloon with your fingers.
Then fill the balloon with helium as usual.
