- Instructions: Remove the clear plastic film from the tattoo and place it against the skin. Wet the paper behind the tattoo with water (e.g., damp towel) and wait for 20-30 seconds. Gently remove the paper, the image will transfer to the skin. The tattoo will fade in a few days and can be removed with water and baby oil.
