Use the edge film to achieve neat edges on molded cakes or to transfer chocolate drizzles to the cake’s edge.
With the 20cm high edge film, you can achieve a neat edge for cheesecakes or transfer chocolate patterns to the edge of a cake. The edge film can also be used when filling tall layer cakes in a cake pan, providing a bit of extra height to the edges in lower-sided pans.

Height of the film: 20 cm
Line your springform or edge pan with the edge film, pour in the filling, and let it set in the fridge. Remove the edge film before serving.
Pipe chocolate patterns onto the surface of the edge film, place the strip on the edges of the pan, and pour in the filling. Let it set in the fridge and then carefully remove the edge film.
NOTE: Do not put in the oven!
