Silikomart 3D Design Mould – Foret

Inspired by the exclusive “Le Stère Chocolaté” yule log signed by pastry chef Pascal Hainigue. FORÊT by Silikomart will warm your table up and delight your palate. The kit is composed by two silicone moulds which, once positioned in the special plastic support, will allow you to create a splendid yule log with a volume of 1100 ml which reproduces meticulously a pile of wood.

• This mould from Silikomart is suitable for the oven, refrigerator, blast chiller and dishwasher. The mould is suitable for temperature from -60°C (-76°F) up to +230°C (+446°F).
• The special plastic support is not oven safe.
