With the edge sheet, you can achieve a neat edge for gelatin-set cakes or transfer chocolate piping to the cake’s edge.
Length 1 m, film height 5 cm. Line the bottom or sides of a springform or cake pan with the film, pour the filling into the pan, and let it set in the cold. Remove the film before serving.
Pipe chocolate patterns onto the surface of the film, place a ribbon around the edges of the pan, and pour the filling into the pan. Let it set in the cold and carefully remove the film!
NOTE: Do not put in the oven! Wash the film before use.
