Molino Pasini Durum Semolina is a coarsely ground durum wheat flour ideal for making traditional Italian pasta, pizza and bread. Its rich, yellow colour and slightly nutty flavour give any dish an authentic character and firm bite.
This semolina flour is perfect for making fresh pasta such as tagliatelle or gnocchi, but also as a base for semolina bread or to give pizza dough extra structure.
