The emulsions are particular suitable for use in more extreme environments. They could be processed at high temperatures. An excellent choice for all self-making cakes, biscuits, cookies, but also for fillings, such as icing and desserts.

This hazelnut baking emulsion has a delightful hazelnut flavor.

Emulsions are water-based, alcohol-free alternatives to extracts. Instead of using alcohol, the flavor is micro encapsulated in natural stabilizers and suspended in water. The encapsulation enables the flavor to not lose its integrity when exposed to high heat.
