Using the high-edge film, you can achieve neat edges for your cheesecakes or transfer chocolate patterns onto the cake’s edge.
Length: 1.5 meters
Film height: 30 cm
Line the edges of your springform or cake pan with the film, pour in the filling, and let it set in the refrigerator. Remove the film before serving.
For chocolate decorations, pipe patterns onto the surface of the film, place the strip around the edges of the pan, and pour in the filling. Let it set in the refrigerator, then gently remove the film.
NOTE: Do not put in the oven!
