Instructions for use:
Shake the pen before use. Remove the cap and press the pen tip against the surface a few times until the glue starts to flow. Write text on a foil or Bubble balloon surface. Sprinkle decorative powder or glitter over the glue to cover the writing. Then, pour the excess glitter onto a piece of cardboard. The glitter will now adhere to the glue. Finally, pour the excess glitter from the cardboard back into its container.
