The FunCakes Deep Purple marzipan is a delicious marzipan that easy to process. The purple marzipan is very flexible and smooth, what makes is great to roll out. The texture is fine and firm after rolling out. It is also possible to lighten the marzipan, mix it with some pale marzipan.

  • Flexible and smooth, so easy to roll out!
  • To cover a cake (Ø24-26 cm / 20×20 cm) you need approx. 500 gram marzipan.
  • Before use, knead well and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
  • Gluten free certified (NL-090-201).
  • Content: 250 gram.
