The FunCakes Gel Food Colour is a highly concentrated food colour gel that can be used for colouring fondant, icing, marzipan, creams, cakes, batters, gum paste and more. A single drip is enough to create vibrant colours, so the food gel will last a long time. There is no mess cause the tube is designed to control distribution very precisely, dosing easy and leave the flip cap clean. Surprise your guest with a coloured cake, because this edible food colour is also bake stable up to 200°C.

Preparation: add the desired amount of colour to for example fondant or a cream, knead or stir it until the colour blends. Keep on kneading or stirring until you have the desired result.
Ingredients: glycerine, propylene glycol, colour: E133, E104, emulsifier: E551. E104: may have an adverse effect on the activity and attention in children. Halal certified.
For use in food. Maximum usable dose: 2 g/kg.
Storage: 15°C-20°C, store in a dark place.
