ing a delicious flavour to your batter of sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add the recommend dosage to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavour pasta because this weaken the strength of the flavour. The
flavour pasta can also be added to chocolate ganache.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, apple juice (30%), sugar, acidity regulator : E330, flavouring, emulsifier: E440, colour: E100, E133. May contain traces of: eg
g, milk and nuts.
Recommended dosage: 30g per 500g.
