Dr. Oetker Vanilla cream
Easy and quick-to-use vanilla cream suitable for cakes, wraps, and other pastries.

Store in a dry and light-protected place.
Instructions:
For oven-proof vanilla cream: Mix the contents of the pouch with 4 dl of milk in a bowl. Whisk the mixture for 1 minute. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Stir gently and use.
For vanilla cream as cake filling and pastries: Mix the contents of the pouch with 6 dl of milk in a bowl. Whisk the mixture vigorously with an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Stir gently and use.
Ingredients: sugar, modified starch, gelatin (beef), natural Bourbon vanilla flavor, thickener (carrageenan), flavor, color (carotenes), ground extracted vanilla beans.
