Do you love chocolate and want to bake muffins yourself? Then this mix for chocolate muffins is ideal for you! Make deliciously creamy and airy muffins with pieces of white and dark chocolate and decorate them with the enclosed pearl sugar decoration.
Preparation: Process all the ingredients at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 190°C (fan oven 175°C) and place the muffin cups in a muffin tin. Mix 100g butter until soft and creamy with a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Add the muffin mix, 2 eggs and 60ml water to the butter and mix for ½ minute on the middle setting until you have a smooth batter. Scoop ¾ of the chocolate chips into the batter. Divide the muffin batter between the muffin cups and sprinkle the remaining chocolate pieces on top, but make sure that nothing is left on the baking tray, as this will be burnt. Bake the muffins in the middle of the oven for approx. 19 minutes. The muffins are done when you press them down and they bounce back up.
