<p>Preparation: Process the ingredients at room temperature. Place the baking paper provided in the bottom of a springform wit
h a diameter of about 24 cm. Melt 70g of butter in a pan; once the butter has melted, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the contents of the bag of biscuit base mix. Then cover the bottom of the springform evenly with the mixture and press it d
own with the rounded side of a spoon. Place the springform with the biscuit base in the fridge for around 10 minutes. Put 200g Monchou in a bowl and mix it with a mixer at the highest setting for 1 minute until smooth. Then add 100ml water and the ca
ke mix and mix on the middle setting until smooth. Then add 250 ml of whipped cream and beat on the middle setting for 1½ minutes until smooth. Pour the mixture evenly into the cake base and leave the cake to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. B
efore serving, decorate the Monchou cake with fresh fruit!</p>
