Bake tasty vegan brownies easily with this complete Dr. Oetker set. The brownies are 100% vegan, crunchy on the outside and fudge on the inside, and irresistibly delicious!
Preparation: Process all the ingredients at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (hot air oven 170°C) with the grid slightly below the centre and fold in the baking tin. Mix 50g margarine with a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until it is soft. Add the brownie mix and 100ml water to the butter and mix on the lowest speed. Then mix it all together for 1 minute on the medium speed until you have a smooth mixture Carefully pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake the brownies for 45 minutes. Leave the brownies to cool in the tin.
