Ingredients: Sugar, egg white powder, corn starch, acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (E466), natural vanilla flavor. May contain gluten, milk, almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts.
Instructions for making meringues (approximately 100 pieces):
Mix the contents of the pouch with 75ml of water. Beat with an electric mixer, starting at low speed and finishing at high speed for 3 minutes. The mixture is ready when the meringue is airy and stiff. (Color the mixture with gel food coloring if desired).
Place a nozzle in a piping bag and fill the bag with the meringue mixture. Pipe small meringues (about 2-3cm) onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the meringues at 100°C in a convection oven for 60 minutes.
Meringues are best stored in a sealed container.
