Cake mousse has a very durable structure and enables particularly high filling layers in cakes.
Instructions: Mix the content of the pouch with 2.5 dl of cold milk. Whip with an electric mixer at the lowest speed for 1 minute, then at full speed for 2 minutes for a soft or 4 minutes for a firm foam. The cake mousse is ready to use. Baked goods filled with cake mousse can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days and can be frozen.
