The cake mousse has a very durable structure, and it allows you to create particularly high filling layers in cakes.
Usage instructions: Mix the contents of the bag with 2.5dl of cold milk. Whisk with an electric mixer on the lowest speed for 1 minute, then on the highest speed for 2 minutes for a soft consistency, or 4 minutes for a firm consistency. The cake mousse is ready to use. Baked goods filled with cake mousse can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days and can be frozen.
