Get to work making delicious chocolate chip cookies! With this mix you can make 8 large or 16 small cookies with delicious milk chocolate pieces. After baking the cookies are nice and crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot air oven 180°C). Mix 100g butter soft in a bowl with a mixer. Add the cookie mix and 1 egg. Mix everything into a dough with a mixer fitted with dough hooks. Then mix the chocolate chips into the dough. Roll out the dough into a 20cm strip, or roll out 2 thinner strips of 20cm for 16 biscuits, and cut these into 8 slices. Place all the slices on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes. When the chocolate chip cookies come out of the oven they are still soft, so leave them on the baking tray for 5 minutes and then leave them on a cooling rack for another 30 minutes.
