With ready-made gelling powder, you can prepare a tasty filling for cakes and pastries. You can also use it for piping decorations such as roses with the gelling cream.
Instructions for use: Whip 5 dl of cream until stiff peaks form. Mix 100 g of gelling powder with 1,25 dl of cold water and pour it into the whipped cream. Use immediately.
Ingredients: Sugar, dextrose, gelatin (beef), freeze-dried raspberries, acidity regulator (E330), modified starch (E1414), flavouring, colour (E120).
