With ready-made gelling powder, you can prepare a tasty filling for cakes and pastries. You can also use it for piping decorations such as roses with the gelling cream.

Instructions for use: Whip 5 dl of cream until stiff peaks form. Mix 100 g of gelling powder with 1,25 dl of cold water and pour it into the whipped cream. Use immediately.

Ingredients: sugar, fruit powder (dried blueberry, strawberry, cranberry, blackcurrant, raspberry), glucose syrup, maltodextrine, natural color (beetroot), dextrose, gelatin (bovine), modified starch, citric acid, natural color (beetroot), flavoring. May contain traces of: GLUTEN, EGGS and NUTS.
