With Renshaw Extra Fondant Green 1kg you can effortlessly create sleek cakes in a fresh, even green colour. This specially developed fondant is extra firm and elastic, making it perfect for covering large and tall cakes. Roll it out thinly without cracking or tearing, even during intensive handling.

Thanks to its increased strength, the fondant maintains its shape even in warmer or more humid conditions. Ideal for natural, botanical or festive themes where a bright green shade is desired. The smooth handling ensures a flawless and professional result.

• Ideal for covering large and tall cakes with sharp edges.
• Extra firm and elastic, reduced risk of cracking, even in warm or humid environments.
• 1kg fondant, ready to use.

• Knead the fondant on a clean, dry surface until smooth and pliable.
• Lightly dust the work surface with icing sugar and roll out the fondant to a thickness of 2-4mm.
• Roll the fondant up using a rolling pin and place it over the cake. Gently smooth the top with your hand.
• Smooth the sides with the palm of your hand or use a smoother for a flawless finish. Trim away any excess fondant.
• For small cracks: gently rub with your hand or use a flexi smoother while the fondant is still fresh.
• For best results: first cover the cake with marzipan, buttercream or ganache before applying the fondant.
• Store in a cool, dry place. Wrap leftover fondant airtight.
