ScrapCooking Fibreglass Silicone Baking Mat made from food grade 100% platinum silicone. This ultra-flexible, non-stick mat is the perfect smooth base on which to make your choux, eclairs, macaroons.

  • Usable for oven, microwave, refrigerator or freezer.
  • Dishwasher safe.
  • Suitable for use at temperatures from -20°C to +230°C.
  • Dimension: 30 x 40 cm.
  • Material: 100% platinum silicone

  • Precautions for use: Do not place in direct contact with a flame or on an electric hotplate. Do not use tools with sharp edges in the mould. Before using for the first time, and then after each use, wash in warm water with no detergent or in the dishwasher. Slight stains can appear during use, but they do not affect the quality of the product.
