Preparation: Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be a
t room temperature. Mix 140 g of (cream) butter soft. Add 400 g mix and 200 g eggs (4 pcs) and mix on medium speed for 5 minutes to a smooth batter. Pour the batter in a greased baking pan of approx. Ø18-20 cm and bake the cake in the centre of the o
ven for approx. 50 minutes. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
