Violet Wilton gel food color.
Wilton Icing Color is a concentrated food coloring paste that adds vibrant color to buttercream, fondant, marzipan, gum paste, batter, cookie dough and more. You can also mix colors to create your own custom shades.
The paste is strong, economical in use, and perfect for decorating cakes and baked goods.
Use a clean cocktail stick to take a small amount from the jar. Add it to your fondant or marzipan and knead until evenly colored. For a marbled effect, knead briefly. Wash hands with warm water and soap to remove excess coloring.
