Yellow: water, ethanol 18%, colour: tartrazine E102. White: water, ethanol 18%, colour: calcium carbonate E170i. Gold: water, ethanol 18%, colours: iron oxides and iron hydroxides E172, anti-caking agent: silica E551. Silver: water, ethanol 18%, colours: iron oxides and iron hydroxides E172, carbon black E153, calcium carbonate E170i.

E102, E104, E122 and E124: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Dosage: Do not use more than 4 g of colouring per 1 kg of cake decoration.
