The fondant has a light vanilla flavour that pairs beautifully with a variety of cakes. Thanks to its fine texture, it does not crack, cuts cleanly and dries with a smooth finish. The surface can easily be painted or dusted for extra accents. The set includes the primary colours green, red, yellow, black and blue for endless creative combinations.

• Knead the fondant on a clean, dry surface until smooth and pliable.
• Lightly dust the work surface with icing sugar and roll out the fondant to a thickness of 2-4mm.
• Roll the fondant up using a rolling pin and place it over the cake. Gently smooth the top with your hand.
• Smooth the sides with the palm of your hand or use a smoother for a flawless finish. Trim away any excess fondant.
• For small cracks: gently rub with your hand or use a flexi smoother while the fondant is still fresh.
• For best results: first cover the cake with marzipan, buttercream or ganache before applying the fondant.
• Store in a cool, dry place. Wrap leftover fondant airtight.
