Embossing rolling Pin – Floral

With the embossed pattern tile, you can imprint a beautiful design onto sugar paste, marzipan, and cookie dough.

Tile size: 8cm x 8cm
Tile thickness: 0.5cm
Material: biodegradable PLA plastic
Design: flowers and vines
Food-safe.
Hand wash with warm water.
Best used with Confetti’s rollable marshmallow fondant or Funcakes sugar pastes.

Instructions: Roll out the paste thinly with a regular rolling pin. Place the tile on top of the paste and press evenly. Roll the tile over the paste a few times. Press evenly, but not too hard. Carefully lift the tile from the paste by lifting it gently from the edge. A beautiful embossed pattern will appear on the surface of the paste. If the paste sticks to the tile, lightly dust with powdered sugar.

You can paint the embossed pattern with food coloring, effect shades, and edible markers.

Tip! Press the pattern onto sugar paste, cut out a piece with the mould, and decorate baked cookies and gingerbread with the same mold. For attaching sugar paste to cookies, use edible glue or royal icing sparingly. Finish off with beautiful cookie mini-decorations made with silicone moulds.
