With ready-made gelling powder, you can prepare a tasty filling for cakes and pastries. You can also use it for piping decorations such as roses with the gelling cream.
Instructions for use: Whip 2,5 dl of cream until stiff peaks form. Mix 50 g of mousse powder with 62 g of cold water and pour it into the whipped cream.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, gelatin (bovine), acidity regulator (E330), modified starch (E1414), aroma, colours (E101, E160a). May contain traces of: EGG, SOYA and MILK.
