With ready-made gelling powder, you can prepare a tasty filling for cakes and pastries. You can also use it for piping decorations such as roses with the gelling cream.

Instructions for use: Whip 2,5 dl of cream until stiff peaks form. Mix 50 g of mousse powder with 62 g of cold water and pour it into the whipped cream.

Ingredients: sugar, fruit powder (sugar, dried passion fruit juice and peach juice), corn starch, dextrose, gelatin (bovine), modified starch, citric acid, flavouring (LACTOSE), natural color (carotene). May contain traces of: EGG, GLUTEN and NUTS.
