• For filling or airy ganache: whip the ganache with a mixer until light and fluffy.
• For covering and piping: heat for approx. 1 minute at 340W in the microwave or warm au bain marie to desired consistency.
• For buttercream or soft filling: mix 150 g of soft butter with the ganache and whip on high speed for 5 minutes.
