Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Mix 500 g of mix with 200 g vegetable oil (220 ml) and 200 ml water for 5 minutes on low speed until smooth. Optionally add your desired filling such as chocolate, berries or banana. Line 12 muffin cups in a muffin tray and fill nearly to the top. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
