FunCakes Mix for Muffins 1 kg

Who doesn’t love a good old muffin? Thanks to the endless options of fillings you can add to muffins, this simple is a type of treat you never get tired of. With this FunCakes baking mix you easily make them yourself. The way they are meant to be: American Style, high, fluffy, vanilla flavoured muffins. Just add water, vegetable oil, eggs and preferably a filling of your choice and within half an hour you’ve got them served and ready to surprise your guests.

• Only add water, vegetable oil and eggs to make these delicous muffins.
• Add any filling you like to create all kinds of muffins such as chocolate chip muffins, blueberry muffins or banana muffins.
• Content: 1 kg.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 185°C (convection oven 165°C). For 12 muffins, put 500 g of the mixture, 165 g of vegetable oil (such as groundnut oil), 95 ml of water and 3 eggs (150 g) in a bowl and mix on low speed for 5 minutes to a smooth batter. Add a filling of your choice, such as bake stable chocolate, blueberries, banana or nuts. Line a muffin pan with 12 paper baking cups and fill the cups with batter to just below the rim. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for approximately 23 minutes until golden.
