FunCakes Mix for Lace Gluten Free 400g

Make beautiful lace decorations with this FunCakes Mix for Lace Gluten Free! The light coloured lace has a toffee flavour and is ideal for making decorations. Use the lace decorations to decorate cakes, cupcakes and more! The lace is slightly translucent and white in color. On a dark colored background, the lace will be more translucent.

• Easy to use mix for glutenfree edible lace. Simply fill a lace mould of your preference to create all kinds of decorations for cakes, cupcakes and more!
• Only add the mix with water to create a lace with delicious Toffee flavour.
• For making edible cake lace by using cake lace mats. Can also be piped, stencilled, coloured with FunCakes Colour Dust and used to make edible confetti.

Mix 50 g mix with 50 ml water in a bowl. Mix for 2 minutes at medium speed. Fill a lace mold with the batter. Dry for 9-12 minutes in an oven at 110 °C (convection oven 100 °C) (or 3-4 hours in open air, outside the oven). To avoid hardening, cover the mix with foil at all times and process within 2 hours. Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
