FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® Strawberry 450g

It’s in the name! This extremely light and fluffy cream really is enchanting. The FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® Strawberry is perfect for filling and covering cakes or as a topping on cupcakes. Enchanted Cream® is much lighter than many other creams, yet still firm enough to create beautiful cupcake swirls that hold their shape. You can prepare the Enchanted Cream® Strawberry in just a few minutes. Simply add water and/or milk, mix briefly, and the Enchanted Cream® is ready to use immediately.

With this version of Enchanted Cream®, you enjoy the best of both worlds: the heavenly texture of Enchanted Cream® and a soft, sweet strawberry flavour with a beautiful pastel pink colour. The strawberry flavour comes from a natural strawberry aroma, made from real strawberries, and is perfect as a filling between cake layers or as a topping on cupcakes.

For 1 portion Enchanted Cream®. Mix 150 g mix, 100 ml milk and 100 ml water for 3 minutes at high speed. The cream can be used immediately. Produced cream can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stir before reuse. If preferred, the mix can be prepared with only milk (200 ml) or only water (200 ml) to make it either creamier or less creamy. One serving of Enchanted Cream® is sufficient for filling 2 layers and covering 1 Ø25 cm cake, or for piping swirls on approx. 24-30 cupcakes.
