FunCakes Food Colour Gel Eucalyptus 30g

Give your cakes a soft, elegant green touch with FunCakes Food Colour Gel Eucalyptus. The concentrated gel colours fondant, buttercream, marzipan, icing and batters beautifully and allows for perfect control thanks to the squeeze tube.

The colour remains stable during baking and can be used for both subtle and rich tones.

• Intense colour with minimal product needed.
• Clean, precise dosing with flip-cap design.
• Heat stable up to 200°C.

Add the desired amount of colour to sugar paste or cream, knead or stir until fully blended and continue until you reach the desired shade.
