FunCakes Deco Melts Dark Choco Flavour 250g

The FunCakes Deco Melts Choco Flavour are ideal for decorating cakes, cupcakes and treats with a delicious chocolate taste. Melt, pour and shape them for drip cakes, candy or cookie decoration.

Easy to use and remelt. Mix the white variant with colouring to create your own custom shades.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place at 16 °C–22 °C. Halal certified.

Due to warmer temperatures during transport, the Deco Melts may sometimes melt inside the packaging. No worries: this does not affect the quality, taste, or performance of the product. The Deco Melts can still be used as intended.

Place the Deco Melts in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 15 to 20 seconds at 500 W in the microwave. Stir well and heat again for 15 to 20 seconds at 500 W. Continue stirring thoroughly between each interval and repeat this process until the Deco Melts are almost completely melted, with only small pieces still visible. Stir the remaining pieces into the warm mixture until smooth. You can also melt the Deco Melts au bain marie, stirring continuously until almost fully melted, then stop heating. Use the melted Deco Melts as desired, for example by piping decorations onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, creating a drip cake or dipping cookies. Allow to set in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes.
