FunCakes Almond Paste 1:1 250g

FunCakes almond paste consists of 46% almonds and therefore has a delicious, full taste. It is used as a filling in cookies, pastries or Christmas and Easter breads. And in combination with the FunCakes Mix for Cookie and Pie Crust you can create a delicious rich flavoured bottom for fruit pastries.

The almond paste is ready-made, often it is mixed with a beaten egg, so that the paste becomes extra smooth.
