FunCakes Almond Flour contains 100% finely ground blanched almonds which have had the skins removed. This extra fine almond flour is perfect to make delicate cookies like macarons. But also commonly used for airy almond cakes, as well as cookies, and is used in many healthy recipes. The almond oil and flavour of the almonds is perfectly preserved. 80% of the flour is finer than 0,8mm.
