The FunCakes Cake Collar Foil is a food safe foil suitable for working with chocolate and making e.g. bavarois and cheesecakes. The foil is easy to cut for various purposes. The Cake Collar Foil is a great alternative to acetate roll, offering the same functionality while being made from a different material.
How to prepare a mould for a perfect cream cake: Cut the Cake Collar Foil to the required size. Start with cake at the bottom, place the foil inside the mould and add a cream filling like bavarois or cheesecake. Allow to cool and set. Remove the mould and foil.
- Suitable for working with chocolate, bavarois, cheesecakes and other cream cakes.
- Suitable for the freezer, not suitable for the oven.
