The Edgy is suitable for cakes with a dia from 15 cm up to 30 cm. The maximum height is 11.5 cm.

Spread the cake with cream using a spatula. Assemble the Edgy and place it on the cake to remove the excess cream. Fill any gaps with cream and smooth the cake using the Edgy. Repeat until you achieve sharp, perfect edges.
