Add 1 litre of cold whole milk to 800 g of Callebaut Chocolate Mousse powder. Whip the mixture for 5 minutes at high speed until light and airy. Pipe the mousse into dessert glasses or use it as a filling. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. For quenelles: allow the mousse to set first, then scoop using warmed spoons to create elegant shapes for plating.
