The Callebaut Callets are made of the finest Belgian chocolate. These callets are designed for melting and have a balanced creamy milk taste. Suitable to make bonbons or chocolate. But also perfect for glazing your cupcake or cookie.
Due to different temperatures, the callets may melt in transit. They still can be used but they may not arrive in the original wafer shape. Follow the regular instructions on the package to process the callets.
