Cake mousse, white chocolate 50g

Easy and quick-to-use whipped Cream fix for making cakes and pastries.

Store in a dry and light-protected place
With ready-made gelling powder, you can prepare a tasty filling for cakes and pastries. You can also use it for piping decorations such as roses with the gelling cream.

Instructions for use: Whip 2,5 dl of cream until stiff peaks form. Mix 50 g of mousse powder with 62g of cold water and pour it into the whipped cream. Use immediately.

Ingredients: white chocolate 52.5% (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavour), skimmed milk powder, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), vegetable fat (palm), milk protein, emulsifier (E472a, E471), stabiliser (E340ii), colour (E160a).
