Patisse French Bread Knife 15cm
Bread scoring knife for intricate bread designs.
The Patisse baguette knife is specially designed to easily score baguettes. Use the knife to make cuts in the unbaked bread. During baking, the bread opens up along the cuts, preventing it from tearing. The knife comes with a special safety cover for safe storage when not in use.
