Silikomart Thermometer for Chocolate

The Thermo Choc from Silikomart is a silicone spatula with a thermometer for checking the temperature of melting chocolate, creams, sauces, jams, syrups and more. The spatula measures from -40°C to 300°C (-40°F to 572°F).

The Thermo Choc from Silikomart is a silicone spatula with a thermometer for checking the temperature of melting chocolate, creams, sauces, jams, syrups and more. The spatula measures from -40°C to 160°C (-40°F to 320°F).

Please note that

the spatula is not suitable for use in microwave ovens and ovens.

The silicone spatula can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher, but we recommend hand wash. The steel probe must only be washed by hand.
