The tuile mix choco from ScrapCooking is specially developed to create fine, crispy, and light-textured tuiles that add both flavour and crunch to your creations.
Prepare crispy chocolate tuiles in just a few simple steps. Mix 120 g of mix with 60 g of softened butter and 2 egg whites until smooth. Spread the batter thinly onto a baking mat or use a stencil to create decorative shapes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 6 minutes, until the edges are crisp. Remove from the oven immediately and shape while still warm over a rolling pin or bowl if desired. Allow to cool completely until perfectly crisp.
